Data Analyst II - Power BI

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for telecom use cases, including customer churn analysis and network performance monitoring
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and create data models with DAX calculations to reflect business logic and KPIs
• Automate reports and deliver actionable insights through clear data visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a business/data analyst or BI role, preferably in telecommunications
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large relational databases
• Solid understanding of telecom KPIs and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
