Data Analyst III
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst III to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the UKG Pro Workforce Management Project by creating identified reports
- Collaborate with Talent and HR to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Drive end-to-end analytical process, from requirements formulation to data summarization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Expert knowledge of UKG and Excel
- Experience with UKG BI (Cognos) and writing SQL
- Strong background in HR/Payroll data and reporting/analytics experience
- Experienced in statistical analysis
