Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst III, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Workforce Management Project by creating identified reports
- Collaborate with Talent and HR to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Drive end-to-end analytical process, including requirements formulation, data acquisition, analysis, validation, and summarization of results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Expert knowledge of UKG and Excel
- Experience with UKG BI (Cognos)
- Experience writing SQL
- Strong background in HR/Payroll data and reporting/analytics experience
