Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and assess business impacts
• Develop and maintain complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and assist in project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience with large databases or 2+ years of IT experience
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with coding languages such as Python and R
• Preferred experience in healthcare analytics, risk adjustment, and statistical modeling
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI is preferred
