Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst III - Analytics/Information Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues while maximizing the benefit of Information Solutions services
• Coordinate the discovery, distribution, and completion of analytical requests through ServiceNow
• Participate in decision making and strategy for performance improvement, providing input on solutions to enhance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of related experience, or a Master's degree with one year of related experience
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills
• Expertise in framing analytic problems and applying analytic tools
• Epic Certification or Proficiency preferred
