Data Analyst III

Job Summary

To support the analytic data needs of the business unit, the full-time remote Data Analyst III will manage complex data projects, lead other Data Analysts, and focus on internal audit claims analytics, including reporting, QA, and automation validation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Internal Audit Claims analytics through sampling, executive reporting, and dashboard maintenance
• Extract, transform, reconcile, and validate large healthcare claims datasets from various enterprise sources
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
• Advanced SQL experience with large datasets from enterprise data warehouse environments
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and maintenance
• Strong data quality and reconciliation mindset, including structured validation processes
