Data Analyst III
Job Summary
To support Encounters Revenue and Remediation efforts, the full-time remote Data Analyst III will perform data analysis, identify and resolve data issues, and mentor junior staff in Claims Encounters data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and quantify data issues while assisting in the development of resolution plans for Claims Encounters data
- Guide and mentor junior staff members in performing Claims Encounters data analysis
- Support regular data management processes and ad hoc requests related to internal and regulatory data needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- A minimum of six years of experience in data analysis or equivalent analytic experience
- Experience in data mapping and with Pharmacy and/or Medical Claims/Encounters data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL is required; SAS and Tableau/Power BI experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is preferred
