Data Analyst - IT
Job Summary
To support a high-impact team in the aviation industry, the full-time remote Data Analyst - IT IV will build an analytics function from the ground up, translating complex business requirements into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level insights for the Flight Attendant application portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business needs and user stories into measurable KPIs and metrics that illuminate business value
- Design, build, and own Power BI dashboards and reports for the Flight Attendant application teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership and product owners to define success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis with proven experience transforming business requirements into KPIs and executive dashboards
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Service
- Advanced SQL skills, especially with Postgres or similar databases
- Experience analyzing NoSQL data sources such as DynamoDB
- Demonstrated ability to distill highly technical or behavioral data into business-relevant insights
