Job Summary

Delivering high-value insights to enhance performance and customer experience, the full-time Data Analyst, IT Service Center will utilize expertise in SQL, Hive, Tableau, and Alteryx to conduct deep dive analytics, produce scalable reporting, and support operational strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Applies advanced analytical methods to solve complex operational problems and identify trends within large datasets
  • Builds efficient, scalable data models and workflows while troubleshooting data quality issues
  • Communicates complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience in data analysis preferred
  • Expertise in SQL, Hive, Tableau, and Alteryx for data modeling and automation
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, and forecasting
  • Ability to perform in-depth analysis on call center metrics to identify trends and opportunities
