Data Analyst IV

Job Summary

Responsible for analytic data needs, the full-time Data Analyst IV will manage complex data projects, provide advanced analytical support, and mentor other analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across various data areas, including claims and provider data
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Develop reports and deliverables, making recommendations to management based on data analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with provider data and SQL is highly preferred
• Proven project management experience or significant involvement in project implementation
• Ability to perform data quality audits and analysis
