Data Analyst IV

Job Summary

Responsible for the analytic data needs of the business unit, the full-time remote Data Analyst IV will lead complex data projects, provide advanced analytical support across various data areas, and assist in driving business decisions based on data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex data projects and lead other Data Analysts in providing analytical support for claims, provider data, member data, and clinical data
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large data sets across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Develop reports and deliver recommendations to management based on data analysis and operational impacts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation
• Strong technical programming experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Teradata
• Familiarity with care management, claims, or provider-specific data
