Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sourcing Data Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting Source-to-Pay Operational Performance data
Developing and implementing Dashboards reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operational Plans
Leading Power BI efforts and automating manual reporting processes

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Statistics, or related field
Proven hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and SAP (Ariba Spend Management Modules)
Experience with Source-to-Pay metrics and advanced MS Excel/MS Access skills
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SQL/Database experience, and Six Sigma/Process Improvement experience are pluses
