Data Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Lead to modernize consumer insights capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to enhance understanding of consumers and customers
• Leverage analytical tools to provide insights related to personas, segmentation, trends, and journeys
• Consult with various business groups to deliver consumer expertise and high-impact research supporting product and growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 7 years of analytical work experience, or a degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research tools
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources for clear insights
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with SPSS
