Data Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with leaders across the Centralized HR Team, the full-time remote Data Analyst Lead will develop reporting solutions using statistical analysis and data modeling to generate actionable insights that drive staffing needs and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a variety of reporting solutions for the People Analytics Team
• Provide analytical support to business partners, focusing on Field HR and operational efficiencies
• Create innovative self-service reporting tools using the latest technologies

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
