Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Manager to oversee a team of data analysts and manage complex data reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of data analysts, including project assignments and workflow
• Develop comprehensive reports and conduct data analysis for forecasting and benchmarking
• Provide training and technical guidance on data analysis to colleagues and client dedicated analysts

Required Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) years of business experience in an insurance-related field
• Four (4) years of statistical analysis experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
