Data Analyst - Medical Staff Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Medical Staff Services (WFH - OK, TX, AR, KS, MO).

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment processes through database management and automation
• Maintain and support the credentialing database, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements
• Act as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Staff Services and/or Provider Enrollment in an acute healthcare setting
• Solid understanding of credentialing and privileging workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with credentialing database management
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) preferred
