A company is looking for a Data Analyst Super Agent (Freelance Mentor) to empower aspiring data analysts in Ghana through mentorship and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to develop mentees' technical and business skills
• Acquire freelance gigs for mentees and provide tailored advice to help them achieve earning benchmarks
• Monitor mentee progress and provide regular feedback to the Freelance Mentoring Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in data analysis tools including Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Proven success as a freelance data analyst with experience on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr
• Strong understanding of the freelance economy and project management
• Passion for mentoring and inspiring diverse mentees
• An extensive network to source freelance opportunities
