Data Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Job Summary

Supporting advanced data development and modernization efforts, the contract Data Analyst (Oracle HCM) will work remotely to develop complex SQL queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle platforms, focusing on sourcing, transforming, and validating Oracle HCM data for enterprise reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex SQL and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Support HR data replication and modernization, translating legacy SQL Server logic to Oracle HCM-sourced data
• Partner with technical, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and validate requirements, metrics, and data logic

Required qualifications:

• Advanced SQL experience, including complex joins, analytical/window functions, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including frontend configuration concepts and backend data structures
• Experience using Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher and BICC for reporting and data validation
• Solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including fact tables and historical data design
• Proven ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation supporting data governance initiatives
