Data Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Job Summary

To support advanced data development and modernization efforts within HR analytics, the contract Data Analyst (Oracle HCM) will develop complex queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle platforms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Support HR data replication and modernization by translating legacy SQL Server logic to Oracle HCM-sourced data
• Design and implement data structures, transformations, and database objects for analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Advanced SQL experience, including complex joins and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle SQL
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including frontend and backend data structures
• Experience using Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher for reporting and data validation
• Solid understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts, including fact tables and historical data design
