Data Analyst, Payer Intelligence

Job Summary

Managing payer, plan, and claim-routing data, the full-time Data Analyst, Payer Intelligence will ensure data integrity and support operational workflows, appeals, and automation in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and govern payer and plan data across workflow and pricing systems
• Maintain configuration logic that drives workflow rules, automation triggers, and claim routing
• Audit payer master data to ensure accuracy and support initiatives to resolve data discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Information Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in payer operations, data analysis, system configuration, or revenue cycle workflows
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with workflow, case management, or data systems preferred
• Understanding of claim, appeal, and denial workflows
