Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on various HR topics
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a relevant field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
