Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will work onsite in Columbia, MO, focusing on extracting actionable insights from workforce intelligence and financial data to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparation of people-related financial reports

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
