Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across multiple projects
• Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage evolving project requirements
