A company is looking for a Data Analyst - People.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
