Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights through collaboration and statistical analysis
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across various projects
• Engage in data wrangling and analysis for People Analytics projects, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving project requirements
