Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights and implement findings
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across various projects
• Engage with team members at all levels to leverage data analytics for strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
