Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights and implement findings across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on various HR-related projects
• Engage in data wrangling and analysis for comprehensive intelligence on workforce and financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
