Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - People.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on various projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Engage in data wrangling and analysis for people-related financial data and participate in multiple People Analytics projects

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
