Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - People.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into action by creating relationships and implementing findings
• Execute the People Analytics vision by supporting project development in areas like Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data and preparing people-related financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
