Job Summary

Data Analyst - People, a full-time exempt position, is responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes within a remote, hybrid, or in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, preparing and analyzing people-related financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
