Job Summary

Data Analyst - People, a full-time exempt position focused on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis of workforce intelligence and financial themes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap on projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial data related to labor capitalization

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
