Data Analyst - People, a full-time exempt position responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights and implement findings
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap on various projects
• Engage in data wrangling and analysis for comprehensive intelligence across People Analytics projects

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
