Data Analyst - People, a full-time exempt position focused on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis in the People Analytics team, requiring the extraction of actionable insights from workforce and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights through collaboration and statistical analysis
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across various projects
• Engage with team members to prepare and analyze people-related financial data

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
