Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data to support strategic decision-making, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
