Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition and Compensation
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis for diverse People Analytics projects, including financial data preparation

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
