Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
