Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, preparing and analyzing people-related financial data to enable comprehensive intelligence

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a relevant field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
