Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while engaging with team members at all levels

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
