Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, preparing and analyzing people-related financial data to enable comprehensive intelligence

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field relevant to People Analytics
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
