Job Summary

As a full-time Data Analyst - People, the successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis of workforce intelligence and financial themes, while collaborating with various teams to extract actionable insights from data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparation of people-related financial data

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
