Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data, shape strategic decisions, and engage in various analytics projects focused on workforce intelligence and financial themes, with options for remote, hybrid, or in-person work in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap by supporting prioritized projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
