Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
• Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
