Job Summary

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
• Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial analysis related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
