Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Execute projects outlined in the People Analytics roadmap, covering areas such as Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving project requirements
