Job Summary

Joining the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data to support strategic decision-making in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable strategies by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning projects
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis to provide comprehensive intelligence for People Analytics initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
