Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from data to shape strategic decisions related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports, while engaging with technical experts and senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
