Job Summary

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, manage projects related to talent acquisition and employee listening, and collaborate with various stakeholders both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization
• Execute projects on the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
