Job Summary

Focused on driving informed decision-making, the full-time Data Analyst - People will support the People Analytics team by extracting actionable insights from data related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on data wrangling and analysis for various People Analytics projects, including financial data preparation

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
