Job Summary

Focused on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce intelligence and financial data while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to labor capitalization

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
