Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Analyst - People, this position will focus on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, while working in a hybrid environment at the Columbia, MO rental facility.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization
• Execute the People Analytics roadmap and manage projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, including labor capitalization reports

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
• A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
